Executive Assistant Services for Film Producers

I’m Sarah Alexander, a high-level Executive Assistant and Production Coordinator, as well as an independent producer with a unique blend of experience in luxury hospitality and film/television production. 

Over the past 15 years, I’ve honed my skills in organization, operations, and client-focused service, from front-office leadership and event coordination in luxury hospitality to supporting film producers on productions for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Bell Media, and NBC Peacock. 

In film and television, I’ve served as a Production Coordinator and Assistant Production Coordinator on major series and feature films, and I’ve also been the Executive Assistant to three senior producers on Amazon/Syfy’s Reginald the Vampire. My work has involved collaboration with A-list talent, studio executives, and top-tier production teams, providing high-level executive support that enables producers and creatives to focus on storytelling. 

As an independent producer, I create music videos, short films, and commercials, which gives me firsthand insight into the creative and logistical processes behind every production.
